Dynamic New Toolkit Delivers Robust EIAs
Skill Boosters is rolling out an innovative new suite of tools to help organisations deliver robust and compliant Equality Impact Assessments.
The programme has been created to meet growing demand from public and private organisations for training which demystifies the process of completing effective EIAs which many perceive as a challenge.
A suite of different delivery formats combines eLearning with DVD, live in-house workshops and trainer led coaching, together with an expert helpline and online surgery.
Equality Impact Assessment is developed in association with Dianna Yach Founder of Ionann Management Consultants Ltd, specialists in Equality and Human Rights consultancy to the public, private and education sectors.
The eLearning content is divided into two modules using an engaging series of stages and drama scenarios, each accompanied by expert comment and guidance to explain the business benefits of effective and compliant EIAs.
