Richard Simmons CBE
Chairman
A former Senior Partner of Arthur Andersen, Richard has served as adviser to a number of Government ministers. He was co-founder and non-executive director of the Cranfield Information Technology Institute. He is currently Chairman – BPP University College of Professional Studies; Chair of The Constable Educational Trust and Chair of Governors, The Moat School; a trustee of the Foundation for Social and Economic Thinking, and on the Board of Westminster Forum. He was formerly Hon Treasurer, Carlton Club Political Committee and a member of the Royal Academy of Arts Development Board. He was awarded the CBE in June 1995 for political and public service.

Bryan De’Ath
Founder Director
Bryan started his career in the world of film and television working on many high profile productions. A prolific entrepreneur he founded his first business at the age of 21 and has gone on to start, acquire, invest in and manage a number of well known media and technology companies. He conceived the Skill Boosters range of resources in 1998 as a platform to combine high quality television production values with the work of leading subject matter experts to create highly engaging and effective digital learning interventions. Bryan is a Director and shareholder of Mediacorp Online, Inclusive Learning’s `sister company’ and technical partner.
Other businesses founded by Bryan have won top places in The Sunday Times’ list of the UK’s Fastest Growing Technology Companies no less than three times, an accolade he and the team at Inclusive Learning hope to repeat . . . watch this space!

Akua Appiah-Ampofo
Managing Director
Akua is a co-founder of Inclusive Learning and leads the day to day operations of the business. She is responsible for quality assurance of our client relationships, services and products. Formerly working for the BDP Media Group as Head of HR and Operations, she has a successful background across a range of HR services, including strategic HRM, recruitment, employee relations, equality and inclusion, and training and coaching. Akua has previously held senior HR roles at EDF Energy, First Choice Holidays, SimplySwitch and the Daily Mail Group.
Originally from Ghana, Akua aspires to be the first woman to take the Ghanaian national football team to the World cup final!

Peter Thorpe
Senior Account Director
Peter is a co-founder of Inclusive Learning Ltd, he leads our growing team of Account Managers. Peter spent over 12 years with NatWest undertaking a variety of clerical, Sales, Marketing and Lending roles to Managerial level for both the Retail and Corporate market before moving into the world of learning & development. Over the past 10 years Peter has helped more than 500 organisations devise effective blended training solutions in the areas of equality, diversity, inclusion and performance training.
When Peter is not at work he spends his time coaching the under 9 football team (Hailsham Tigers) this season they have won 6 games out of 8 ! Very impressive.
