Since its foundation in 1997, Skill Boosters has led the field in educating all levels of staff about best practice in matters relating to bullying, harassment, equality and diversity, leadership and performance. Our product range now includes a stream of new releases, and our core range has been fully updated to reflect the changes made in the Equality Act 2010.

Our library is the most comprehensive of its kind, covering all protected characteristics (e.g. maternity and paternity matters, disability, etc), interrogating such root causes of discrimination as understanding bias, and helping our clients comply with the regulations covered in our Equality Impact Assessment learning resource.
